Investor Relations & Communications Manager

This is a newly created position for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career and gain hands-on experience in a growing publicly listed company. Based within the Finance team you will be responsible for the coordination of Investor Relations activities, external communications and presentations.

You will be responsible for:

·      Identify potential investors, initiating and manage introduction meetings

·      Maintain investor log, follow ups and consistency of information

·      Co-ordinate IR & PR communication including the preparation and maintenance of corporate presentations, press releases, quarterly and annual reports.

·      Maintain website details required for compliant corporate governance

·      Managing the communications with our investor community and analysts, ensuring they are supported with any queries

·      Event management of investor conferences, quarterly investor calls, roadshows, AGM and capital markets days

·      Initiate and co-ordinate media contacts and material

·      Maintain relationship with media outlets, journalists and channels

·      Support relationship with corporate communications advisors and ensuring external messaging is convened internally as appropriate a

You will ideally have had some experience working in investor relations, capital markets, with investors or media in a large or publicly listed business or a high profile organisation or institution.

You will also have excellent communication skills, hold a business or finance related degree, and be fluent in written and spoken English and Norwegian. Your strong attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills as well as an ability to work collaboratively within an international matrix organisation will ensure your success. You will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary and changeable environment, making positive use of the opportunities it presents by being creative and dynamic. 

The position is located at our head office in Bergen with some international travel.
