The Role

As our Project Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and mature one or more of our offshore wind projects. You will:

• Lead projects from early stage, consenting through to financial close
• Secure grid, consent and regulatory framework
• Cooperate closely with the Engineering and Project Delivery teams
• Manage external stakeholders including government, partners and investors
• Coordinate the business through relevant project steps including permitting, feasibility studies, technical investigation and business case writing
• Prepare and present decision material and drive internal anchoring

Who are you?

You have:

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, political science, engineering or similar. You are a top academic performer
• 3+ years of relevant project development experience from the offshore wind industry
• Strong knowledge of and interest in the offshore wind industry
• Project Management experience gained through working on large offshore wind projects in the development phase
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent communications skills, also across cultures, and the ability to present and communicate complex matters
• The confidence to inspire internal and external stakeholders and partners
• The ability to travel domestically and abroad
