Unique opportunity in green industries

Aker Horizons Business Integrity & Compliance serves Aker Horizons as well as the companies in its portfolio. With rapidly increasing activity levels within the renewable and decarbonizing markets globally, we are recruiting a Business Integrity & Compliance Manager who will  report to Aker Horizons General Counsel.

Your responsibilities and tasks:

• Manage the business integrity and compliance function for Aker Horizons and its portfolio companies
• Establish and manage business integrity and compliance programs, hereunder provide training and advice
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, audits and reviews
• Manage internal investigations
• Monitor and report status of compliance activities
• Liaise with external counsel and advisors as needed
• Train and create awareness on business integrity and compliance matters

Required qualifications and personal qualities:

• Master’s degree within relevant area such as law, finance, auditing, political sciences or equivalent
• 5 + years of business integrity and compliance experience, including drafting policies, training, auditing and investigations, preferably in an international environment and from green industries

• Strong organizational, commercial and green industry understanding
• Proficiency in English
• Recognizable personal integrity
• Collaborative and flexible attitude, excellent communications skills. Drive for sharing expertise and ideas for our common benefit
• Sets high quality standards, acts with confidence, and works easily under own direction
• Thrives in an international environment and demonstrates respect and sensitivity towards cultural differences
