Do you want to work with immunomonitoring analysis of patient samples?
Our Bioanalytical Sciences team are now looking for a talented and engaged Bioanalytical scientist to join us at Vaccibody!
In this role, you will take an active part in the planning, execution, and reporting of the analysis of biological samples across Vaccibody’s clinical development programs within oncology. The tasks will be focused on functional T cells assays, such as T cell culturing and ELISpot to characterize immune responses and biomarkers supporting the clinical development of novel vaccines. You will assist with the development and qualification of bioanalytical methods and you’ll find that everything we do, every day, is in line with an unwavering commitment to quality.
About the position
Laboratory work and reporting will be performed under GCP/GCLP and deliverables must be in compliance with relevant SOPs and regulatory requirements. Your significant experience of applying knowledge of principles, concepts, and practices of the discipline will make you a critical member of the team. You are proactive in contributing to all team discussions and contribute in creating an environment of collaboration. The Bioanalytical Sciences team drives the translational research and biomarker strategy design and implementation, that will impact and support Vaccibody’s clinical drug development programs bringing value to patients.
The role will report to Karoline Schjetne, Vice President Head of Bioanalytical Sciences.
Who are we looking for?
The person we are looking for has a Master/PhD in immunology or other relevant scientific disciplines. You will have demonstrated a strong understanding of T cell immunology and experience in cellular assays such as ELISpot and culturing human T cells. Experience from industry and quality systems is an advantage, as well as experience from scientific projects within cancer immunotherapy.
You are fluent in English and see yourself as a highly motivated team player who gets excited by the thought of working in a rapidly growing, fun and dynamic Biotech company.
