Desert Control is looking for three business developers, are you one of them?

In 2021 Desert Control increased LNC production capacity by more than 300%, achieved five times organizational growth, expanded to the U.S., and successfully entered a strategic partnership with Mawarid by forming a new sales and distribution company for LNC in Abu Dhabi to serve the UAE and Middle East region. Desert Control has a strong position and remains well-funded to execute planned commercialization and market expansion ahead.

Desert Control is rapidly scaling up capacity for volume production of LNC. To ensure equal scale-up of the ability to deploy LNC in the field (application), the company is hiring three business developers with a different responsibility:   
       

ii)                  Digital Platforms and Technology

The company aims to develop these digital platforms into valuable digital services that can be offered to customers, such as digital farming support, data-driven precision farming, yield management with optimal water and nutrient efficiency, and other digital tools for sustainable land- and ecosystem management, etc. To accelerate the development of digital platforms and services, the company is hiring a business developer who can drive leapfrog evolution through technology partnerships in this digital space. Responsibilities will include identifying potential partners, establishing partnerships, leading the development and integration of solutions, and commercializing the final services.

iii)                 Innovation and LNC Concepts

End-to-end development of new concepts and solutions based on Desert Control’s patented Liquid Natural Clay (LNC), including assessing sales models, commercial channels, and vertical markets for effective distribution of concepts to developing field application solutions, identifying potential partners and end-to-end development of new concepts and solutions based on Desert Control’s patented Liquid Natural Clay (LNC).

As the right candidate, you have a solution-oriented and strong commercial mindset. You can ensure commercial and financial feasibility of products, solutions, and partnerships. Experience from the agriculture and landscaping industry or the field of agronomy is a strong advantage.
