Are you the Project Manager we are looking for?

As a result of many great and recent contract wins, we are now looking for a new Project Manager to join our successful team in Norway. This role will be key in delivering our ITS solutions to customers in Norway and Denmark and will have a tremendous opportunity to contribute to our continued success in these markets.

We are looking for a communicative, positive, and solution-oriented person who puts the customers first and enjoys delivering high quality solutions and service. You will take the lead in delivering ITS projects within areas such as road user charging, parking, and other mobility areas.

In Q-Free, we work with the entire value chain from product development to end products and solutions to provide efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly traffic.
At our headquarters in Trondheim, you will get to work side by side with your closest Norway Operations team, as well as with colleagues across the world, covering the entire spectrum of what we deliver.
Your role reports to our VP of Norway & Denmark Operations, Vegard Thomassen.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Deliver projects according to agreed-upon quality, cost, and time
• Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Embrace and act upon opportunities for business development in our projects
• Coordinate resourcing, purchasing, customer and supplier contact e.g. necessary for a successful project delivery
• Assist in our bids and sales processes

We are looking for a positive team player with: 

• A commercial and solution-oriented mindset
• Good structure and mature communication skills
• A genuine interest in working with future-oriented technology
• The ability to master multiple tasks
• Good oral and written skills in both English and a Scandinavian language

Qualifications and experience we are hoping you have:

• Experience from project management of complex delivery projects including multiple external suppliers 
• Relevant education at Bachelor or Master level is an advantage but not mandatory. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of higher, formal education
• Experience from implementing and using standard methodologies such as Prince2, PMI, Agile, etc., is an advantage but not mandatory
