Recruitment Manager

Would you like to go to work every day with a focus on developing our people, culture, and competence in line with our ambitious goals and plans? In this new role as Recruitment Manager in Q-Free, you will lead our recruitment efforts and play a crucial role in our workforce development, with particular focus on Norway. Positioning Q-Free as an employer of choice for our current and future workforce, is also part of your scope. You will be part of our forward-thinking People, Sustainability and Brand-team and report to Global Director of People & Organization.

Work location is Trondheim, Norway

Your primary areas of responsibility:

• Take lead in our talent acquisition efforts in Norway
• Act as a recruitment partner for our managers in Norway, as well as assist our General Managers abroad in recruitment initiatives when needed
• Take part in the project of implementing a new HR platform to improve our processes related to the employee experience from A-Z
• Take lead in building a sound attraction strategy and drive our employer brand initiatives towards relevant target groups
• Contribute in our work towards sustainability/ESG, with special focus on diversity and inclusion
• Take part in our purpose of building Q-Free as an employer of choice by safeguarding a strong, human-oriented culture

Desired skills:

• Preferably + 5 years’ experience within the HR field
• Experience from employer branding and talent acquisition
• Passion for, and preferably experience from, working with organizational culture development
• Passion for, and preferably experience from, working in the tech-industry
• Oral and written fluency in English
