What you will get from our Graduate Program
Our working environment is defined by achieving together, building trust and realizing possibilities. We will provide you with training and development opportunities to ensure you success. You will also be given a dedicated mentor to guide you through the program.

By the end of June 2024, you will complete your Graduate onboarding program and continue into a full-time position.

We offer Graduate positions in Kongsberg, Lysaker, Stavanger, Bergen, Haugesund and Orkanger. We offer different positions in our locations within these lines of work: People & Culture, Engineering, Sourcing and Procurement, Subsea, Technical safety and reliability and much more!

And we really appreciate if you meet any of these criteria’s:
• You will preferably graduate in 2023, with a relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree
• You are a curious person, who is eager to learn and enjoy new challenges
• You are flexible, resilient and determined
• You have strong English written and verbal communications skills


Application deadline and process
Our application deadline will be the 31st of October 2022. We will contact candidates consecutively. Our interview process will consist of two interviews and an assessment center.
