Strategic Partnerships Manager
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
The position will be tasked with managing and developing our current long-term projects. It will also have a strong focus on finding a cohesive delivery of our international, national and regional activities while coordinating with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Design, develop and lead strategic collaborative projects aligned with the strategy of UN Global Compact Norway
- Engage, communicate and efficiently connect key internal and external stakeholders
- Create and execute partnership and financing plans for projects and activities in international conferences
- Define and determine project scope and objectives; use data to develop short, medium and long-term targets
- Apply change, risk, and resource management
Engagement Manager - Temporary position with an opportunity to prolong
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop a sound engagement strategy for members
- Maintain existing relations with members and recruit new members
- Track and manage all engagement metrics
- Address members requests and concerns
- Manage and monitor the engagement budget
- Provide regular reporting on the engagement performance
- Analyzing and improving our current partnership structures.
- Lead and/or contribute to development of UNGC network, ensuring smooth collaboration across companies and functions in UNGC

Who you are
- You are passionate about driving change and sustainable value creation.
- You are outgoing, ambitious, dynamic, self-directed and self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian. Other languages could be a plus.
- You are experienced working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in fundraising is a plus
- Experience with developing and implementing strategies in the field of sales and recruitment
- Experience with building relationships with people at all levels
- Experience from working with the corporate market is a big plus
- Experience from key-account management is a plus
- Expert knowledge of the life cycle of engagement marketing
- Strong commercial drive and understanding
- You are an excellent communicator who wants to work in an international environment
- Comfortable with a variety of assignments and juggling multiple tasks at the same time
- A problem solver with grit and entrepreneurial spirit
- Very result oriented - a ‘do’er’ that gets things done
- Ability to work independently

UN Global Compact Norway is headquartered at Næringslivets Hus in Oslo, but also has offices in 3 other Norwegian regions. The organization has in 3 years grown from 1 to around 25 employees locally and is constantly expanding its operations. The position of Strategic Partnership Manager is located mainly at our headquarters in Oslo. The department consists of 7 people and is primarily responsible for membership activities, UNGC Global Impact Initiatives, member recruitment, international collaborations and program development.
