Syncrolift AS søker Project Manager

Syncrolift is looking for an experienced Project Manager for our Shiplift and Transfer Systems. As Project Manager, you will be part of a highly dedicated team working on exciting projects to shipyards around the world. Syncrolift projects are typically 50 to 200MNOK with delivery times between 12-24months. We are the global market leader in developing large scale shiplift systems and heavy vessel transfer systems. Job tasks and responsibilities

• Be responsible for the delivery of the completed project – within budget and contractual commitments
• Manage the project from engineering => purchasing => supplier control and FAT => shipments / logistics => installation => commissioning => to handover.
• Build and maintain relationships with (internally and externally)
• Customer and supplier management
• Manage project planning, progress, quality, milestones, invoicing, cash flow and budget of projects
• Timely, accurate and complete reporting on the project progress and project closure
• Participation in implementation of projects on the site
• Quality related to project – continuous improvement of project performance

What you bring

• University degree in Engineering, Operations Management or other degree relevant to the position
• Minimum 3 years relevant senior project management experience with documented results
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Commercial and contractual awareness
• The ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline driven and non-bureaucratic organization
• Strong communication skills to interact with own organization, customers and suppliers
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Excellent English skills, both oral and written
