We are looking for an experienced and passionate Program Manager to play an important role in our Technology Team. You will hold a key position reporting directly to the CTO, and work closely with our highly skilled scientists and engineers with expertise in electronics, software, lasers, optics, mechanical design, etc. You will enjoy a challenging workday in an international environment with individual freedom and responsibility.

Tasks

• Coordinate and follow up development, maintenance and certification projects to maximize control and output
• Maintain control over ongoing projects and coordinate feedback on resource usage, progress, milestones and decision gates towards CTO and key stakeholders
• Ensure continuous improvement of development methodology, and project planning and execution
• Support and follow up project managers continuously, as well as handle escalations regarding projects or resources
• Facilitate and execute forums for prioritizing development projects and resources
• Drive change in mindset in organization regarding project ownership, execution and governance

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced person with competence in as many of the following areas as possible.

• BSc or MSc in business administration, engineering or related field
• Proven leadership experience with ability to handle complex projects with input and expectations from several stakeholders (Technology, Sales, Product Management, Business Development)
• Toughness and team skills to drive change in mentality regarding project ownership execution and governance
• Significant knowledge and motivation for project execution methodology
• Structured mindset and capacity to control a large portfolio of development projects
