NORBIT Subsea is looking for an Order and Logistics Coordinator to join our team

Responsibilities:

The Order and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with order management and logistics, including order processing, export and import of goods, communication with customers and other departments

• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of orders
• Arrange and Coordinate the transportation of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• High level of cross departmental communication with the pricing, logistics, marketing, sales and accounting;
• Coordinate with sales regarding order status, shipping dates, issues, and product availability;
• Proactively follow up on any customer issues
• Extreme attention to detail required to ensure accuracy of orders;
• Obtain additional information as necessary from different departments in the company;
• Main point of contact for customers and carriers
• Address and resolve logistical issues, such as delays or discrepancies, promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Highly skilled in and dedicated to customer service; ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
• Good interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
• Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented with attention to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Self-starter and willingness to learn new processes and procedures
