Yourway is a high-end adventure travel provider in Norway. We are growing fast and are now looking for more people to join our team!

Our customers are individuals travelling alone, families or smaller groups. They are always looking for the very best travel- and adventure experiences that can be facilitated. Our business is to tailor make and plan their dream vacation, and to make it happen.

The sky is literally the limit for our guests, and our job is to make sure we exceed their expectations. We take our guests to the very best locations, and provide unique and exclusive experiences for them.

We are looking for a person to join our team of Adventure Specialists. You will be an essential part of our team, and your job will be to plan and execute adventures for our guests, including:

• building creative adventure concepts and work out budgets
• research destinations and experiences for magical itineraries
• make detailed plans, optional plans and back-up plans
• make sure operational execution runs flawlessly
• guide and host trips, making sure everything turns out just a little better than expected

In addition to all the work that goes into the planning, it also sometimes means you will be travelling with, and guiding our guests yourself. At times you will be one step ahead to prepare the next stop. Or you may stay invisible in the shadows making sure everything runs smoothly.

You are:

• a responsible, positive and social person
• peoples person and a good pedagogue
• fluent in Norwegian and English
• excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• comfortable in any environment, indoors and outside
• energized by being challenged and trying things you haven't done before
• hands on and always accurate
• a problem solver
• thinking ahead
• cold headed, the unexpected makes you sharp and does not put you on the edge
• holding a driving license
