We're seeking a skilled Process Management Expert to lead and oversee cross-functional end-to-end process initiatives and improvement projects. In the role of Process Management Expert, you collaborate with Process Owners (PO) to identify, plan, scope, lead and manage cross-functional end-to-end process work and improvement projects. You will be the expert within process management, project management and BPM methodologies and assist the PO in reaching their End-to-End process performance targets, enabling WSS to reach their overarching strategic objectives. 

Who you will work with:  

You will report to the Business Process Management Director (BPM Director) and will be part of the Business Process Management Centre of Excellence (BPM CoE). You will work closely with the PO’s, Business Process Managers (BPMs) and the rest of the BPM CoE and will interact with the full scope of the business.  

Main responsibilities:  

• Work and communicate with the PO’s and the wider business to identify cross-functional process needs and pain points. 
• Select and analyze project measures and develop business cases for improvement projects.  
• Utilize Celonis and Power BI and other relevant sources to analyze and evaluate the relevant process, supported by the rest of the BPM CoE. 
• Develop new process designs together with key stakeholders to improve efficiency, customer experience, standardization, and/or cost-effectiveness. 
• Scope, lead, and manage process improvement projects. 
• Work with the BPM CoE and the Process Owner(s) to align projects with business objectives. 
• Work with the BPM Director to identify potential impacts of process changes on the business. 
• Develop change management plans for process redesigns. 
• Work with the business to implement new processes. 
• Prepare deliverables and manage handoffs to the business and the Process Owners providing additional support as needed. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree  
• Experienced in Process Management, minimum 3 years 
• In depth knowledge of BPM methodologies 
• Experienced in Project Management, minimum 5 years 
• Strong business acumen 
• Excellent communication skills and good command of the English language (oral and written) 
• Self-driven and structured 
• Astute data analysis capability 
• Experience with the Quote-to-Cash process
