As a Project Manager for Digital Projects, you will play a significant role in managing software development projects and contribute to shaping the future of digital integration and innovation. This presents a unique opportunity to lead the way in a company that is actively transition into the digital age, allowing you to contribute to bridging the gap between hardware and software. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, drawing on your hands-on experience to delivering software projects with an agile mindset. Your skills in planning, executing, and delivering quality and reliability will be invaluable in this role.

The digital projects you will lead focus on improving efficiency, reducing operational costs, and enhancing HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) through digitalization and automation.

The main responsibilities in this job will be:

• Leading Digital projects of various types and scales to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Developing project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation, and monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to established goals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Providing input to prepare a safe and efficient installation and commissioning
• Providing technical support to Projects for which you are not the Project manager, based on your skillset.
• Ensuring full adherence and compliance with HSSE requirements and integrating them into every project.

Furthermore, we hope that you hold several of the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within software development projects.
• Experience in scrum, prince2 or other agile project management frameworks for software development
• Experience and technical education within digitalization or automation
• Experience as a developer or architect and knowledge of digital projects
• Up to date on technologies and relevant trends within the field of software development
• Ability to work in a structured manner and can process data and workflows with a high degree of technical insight.
• Strong interpersonal skills with clear communication abilities.
• Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
