As a Sales Engineer you will play a central role in shaping our sales organization. Your primary focus will be to foster a solution-oriented approach in response to the challenges of our rapidly expanding market. You will contribute to building robust structural capital for sales, including product documentation. Additionally, you'll be essential in cultivating, building and maintaining a relationship-oriented customer base.
What are your main tasks and responsibilities?
- Discovering and defining scope for end customer's needs and requirements
- Work closely with customers to understand their specific compliance requirements and documentations.
- Customize sales proposals and contracts to align with customer-specific compliance expectations.
- Implement and maintain a quality assurance process to verify that the products and services provided meet or exceed compliance standards.
- Regularly audit sales documentation and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical expertise in the sales phase
- Support and engage in technical discussions with customers and partners.
- Assist in researching and developing new products.
- Cooperation with different technical partners.
- Coordinate the orders and transfer from Sales and Sales Engineering to the Project and Engineering execution team.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Energy or Automation Engineering.
- Experience from grid, utility or power generation installations is an advantage.
- Experience from a relevant branch within technology and industry is an advantage.
- Thrive in a setting where you build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and colleagues.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering and development
- English language (written and spoken)
