The Position
We seek a dynamic individual to join our Workflow & IT team at Roche Diagnostics Norway AS. Our team comprises 8 Application specialists within WorkFlow & IT, boasting over 100 years of combined experience. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support on our IT solutions for advanced diagnostic laboratory systems at customer sites across Norway. This exciting opportunity involves creating relations with customers throughout the country. There will be some travel both internally in Norway and abroad.
The Opportunity
- You'll be at the forefront of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Roche IT solutions in cutting-edge diagnostic laboratories.
- You will engage directly with customers in meaningful meetings to truly understand their unique needs.
- You will be responsible for conducting engaging and informative training sessions, empowering customers with the knowledge to maximize the potential of our systems.
- You are ensuring you're always equipped with the most up-to-date knowledge in your field.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams internally to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- You will cultivate strong relationships with our international divisions, playing a pivotal role in driving collective success.
Who You Are
- You have an educational background in medical technology, Bio-tech, or IT.
- You have preferably experience in laboratory environment or IT system maintenance and have strong IT skills for efficient navigation of our systems.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- You possess a valid driver's license (Class B) and you embrace travel as an integral part of the role.
- You are able to work collaboratively in a team environment. At the same time, you are well-organized, self-motivated and capable of working independently.
