Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement disruptive sales strategies to grow sales of eide.organic salmon. Identify and seize new business opportunities both nationally and internationally.
• Forge and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Stay ahead of market and competitor trends to keep eide.organic at the forefront.
• Coordinate closely with our production team for seamless supply chain management and unparalleled customer satisfaction.
• Be the face of eide.organic in supermarkets and HoReCa channels.

 Qualifications:

• Proven track record in the seafood or food industry
• Deep understanding of organic products and sustainable production methods.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, ideally Norwegian
• A results-driven mindset, capable of working independently and as a team player.
• Strong business acumen with a knack for spotting and capitalizing on new opportunities.

Location: Flexible, where you can bring the most value to our customers, but some time will be needed in our office in West Norway.
