We are now looking for a Sales Development Representative. Your goal will be to generate new leads by transforming suspects into prospects.
This role involves understanding customer needs to effectively translate how Volue’s software solutions and services can provide significant value. You will shape the first impression potential customers have of Volue, playing a key role in establishing new business relationships and expanding our market presence.
What you will be doing to make a difference:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Develop and maintain a new customer lead-plan to ensure that we approach suspects in the target market segments systematically
- Identify and engage customer contacts to establish new business relationships.
- Generate a pipeline of qualified leads by reaching out to decision-makers through various channels (phone, email, social media, marketing campaigns, etc.).
Customer Engagement:
- Represent Volue to the outside world in a professional, customer-oriented manner.
- Understand customers’ needs and processes, mapping them to Volue’s solutions.
- Identify key stakeholders and influencers within suspects to transition them into prospects.
Market Intelligence:
- Report on customer needs, market developments, competitors’ activities, and opportunities for new solutions and services.
- Stay informed about market trends and dynamics to better understand and anticipate customer requirements.
What you need to succeed:
- We will consider graduates and candidates who have 1-2 years of experience
- Interest in energy markets
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to conduct thorough research and present information effectively.
- Commercial attitude with capability to identify added value for customers
- A creative and customer-focused mindset

The position reports to Sales Leader and collaborates closely with Marketing, Account Executives, Solutions Sales Experts and Sales Engineers.
We are looking to hire for Oslo or Trondheim but will be ready to consider alternative Volue location for the right candidate.
