Global Business Development Manager CBS
Interwell is an innovative and rapidly growing player in the energy sector, dedicated to providing groundbreaking solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability. The main objective of our Casing Barrier Solution (CBS) is to develop cutting-edge equipment for the casing market, addressing the stringent demands of the oil and gas industry. To drive this exciting venture, we are now seeking an experienced and motivated Global Business Development Manager. In this role your primary responsibility will be to identifying new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
Responsibilities:
- Being a customer Champion, building and maintaining a network of key clients
- Promote Interwell's CBS products and introduce new products to the market
- Gather, investigate, and summarize market data
- Create and implement new sales- and marketing plans
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand and consumer requirements identifying market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve Interwell's marketing goals
- Follow up job specific projects according to Interwell Business Process
- Prepare annual budget plans and support the sales team meeting their goals
- Ensure that the overall overview of the rolling 12 months order back log is updated at all time
- Facilitate and take responsibility for sales and marketing activities globally and locally
- Responsible for reviewing CBS Tenders
- Global technical and tender support
- Customer PO check
- Coordinate regional product requirements (both scalable and R&D), and establish long and short term development plans
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives
Qualifications:
- BSc or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the oil and gas industry
- Excellent knowledge and relevant experience from sand phase and cased hole completion
- Fundamental understanding of completion, Drilling and P&A
- Fluent English, oral and written
- Self-motivated and service minded
