The position has a central role within the company's financial management, investments, cost-effectiveness, reporting and accounting analysis. The tasks will range both operationally and strategically. The role is a proactive business support to ensure that the company has sound finances for investment and growth.

Key responsibilities of the Group Business Controller include:
- Managing the organization's financial planning and budgeting processes at group and country level
- Participate in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Developing financial forecasts, analysis and projections to guide decision-making
- Analyzing financial data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Forecasting and monitoring cash flow and working capital to ensure the organization remains financially solvent
- Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including Board of Directors
- Implementing financial controls and procedures to mitigate financial risk
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and investors
- Developing and implementing financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets
As a Group Business Controller at Deep Wind Offshore, you will play a vital role in the financial management and decision-making processes of the company. You thrive in a fast paced environment and are an effective user of technology to develop the company's financial processes, including effective user of Excel and preferably Power BI.
A successful Group Business Controller should have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. There are also requirements to possess strong team management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization and diverse cultural backgrounds and locations.
