We're seeking an Operator to our Cutting-Edge Operations in Ski
We're looking for an Operator who's main purpose is to perform all operational activities at the manufacturing site and ensure they are carried out according to plan. This position encompasses all aspects of production, including material handling, process operations, maintenance activities, process monitoring, and quality control. Additionally, the Operator will support the innovation group and train other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Operations: Understand and operate the entire production plant, from individual unit operations to the complete production process. This includes production operations, maintenance, monitoring, cleaning, and quality testing.
Quality Assurance: Ensure production meets quantity, time, quality, and productivity standards in compliance with cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices), product safety requirements, worker hygiene, and safety at work rules, and environmental standards.
Shift Management: Execute and monitor all activities on one production shift, ensuring each unit operation is performed according to operating procedures and recipes.
Batch Records: Manufacture products according to batch records within defined limits to meet the right product quality. Document every step of the process, including cleaning and maintenance, according to procedures and batch records.
Team Training: Responsible for training new hires and team members, ensuring hygienic procedures are followed and materials and products are handled correctly.
HSSE Compliance: Ensure that HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) procedures are followed, and operations are compliant and safe.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure regular equipment maintenance is performed.
Technical Documentation: Ability to read and understand P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and capture/document information required in batch records for quality and compliance.
Interface Management:
- Collaborate with the Innovation Team, R&D group, and other scientific groups within AKBM.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain functions to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Work Experience: Experience in similar food or chemical processing roles.
Educational Background: Degree in Food Technology, Process Technology, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent in food manufacturing, e.g. Fagbrev Kjemiprocessfaget
The Operator will work at our production plant in Ski, Norway, and will work on shifts.
