Job Purpose
We are looking for a Flow control Tender Lead!
Your role will consist of;
Leading cross-functional and global teams within REMS and Subsea Projects to deliver complex/large commercial proposals to Subsea for SPS subsystems: execution strategy, cost and benchmarks, schedule, risks & opportunities.
You will also work with developing a strong understanding of products, clients and supply chain to provide competitive proposals meeting Clients' requirements and TechnipFMC overall business strategy and objectives.
Job Description
Tender Coordination / Management
- Key focal point between Subsea and REMS, responsible for the delivery of the whole flow control subsystem tender package to Subsea, for complex / large bids
- Submit final proposal & all necessary supporting documents to Subsea
- Internal customers/stakeholders are located in all major TechnipFMC locations: USA, Canada, Brazil, Norway, UK, France, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia
Project Execution plan & schedule
- Lead REMS teams to develop the best overall execution strategy for complex/non-standard projects, based on Clients requirements (Delivery milestones, international vs. local content, testing strategy & locations...)
- Collect schedule inputs from Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain and work with Planning resource to create the project execution schedule
Cost
- Update cost (utilising Last Price Paid/Tendered, Quotations, iTender, SAP)
- Develop costing in iTwo, ensuring all accuracy of the data captured
- Prepare product cost benchmark / waterfall (where applicable)
Qualifications, Exceptions, Risks and Opportunities
- Collect relevant lessons learned from previous & ongoing projects should be considered.
- Identify potential project execution risks and opportunities in the Risk Register, evaluate impacts (Cost / Schedule) and propose mitigations
Project Handover to Execution teams
- Prepare and facilitate the handover of the project to the Project Manufacturing Manager, to ensure a clean and fast project startup
- Organize and clarify Tender package for PMM, Planner, Engineering and Cost Controllers

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in tender, sales support, engineering or projects
- Experience with Oil & Gas product engineering and/or manufacturing, especially Subsea Production Systems such as Manifolds, Christmas Trees and /or Control Systems equipment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken English.
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Ability to act as subject matter expert within the functional team, and train/mentor other team members
- Experience working with SAP
Other desirable competencies:
- Project management certification (PMI, APM, Prince...)
- Schedule elaboration in MS Project or Primavera
- Experience working in a LEAN environment
