We are looking for a Manager Line Maintenance who will manage the daily operation of aircraft technically.
Your main objective is to lead the Line planning and MOC teams successfully, and manage all external AMOS (Contractors)
always with strong focus on compliance with all Continuous Airworthiness Management requirements.
This also include focus on aircraft availability for optimal Network planning at all times.
In this role you will also have the HR responsibility for Line Planning and MOC, Part Camo Continuining Airworthiness Compliance and Contract Management.
The Manager Line Maintenance position is located at Fornebu and reports to Director Planning.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance planning in an airline or Aircraft Maintenance Organisation, preferably with a focus on line maintenance tasks
- Bachelor in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent
- Operational experience to ensure aircraft availability and manage dynamic situations
- Experience leading a team
- Knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO and EASA Part-145 regulations
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Some knowledge of AMOS advantageous
- Fluent in both written and spoken English

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational requirements, including occasional work during evenings, weekends, or holidays.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Manage the CAMO Line Planning and Maintenance Operations Control Departments
- Support procurement process for relevant Line Maintenance contracts
- Manage all contracted Line Maintenance AMOs
- Participate in Regulatory audits both internally and externally
- Maintain Line Maintenance activities with relation to Compliance and the company's SMS
- Promote a positive Safety Culture within the department
- Coordinate within Technical Operations and Network to optimise maintenance downtime, ensure aircraft availability and strategic traffic execution in a safe, reliable and cost-effective manner
- Develop and maintain relevant KPIs for Line Maintenance
- Other duties as assigned by the Director Planning
