Support Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

As a Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and reliability of these solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently.
- Document and track support cases, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with different departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in projects as needed to support the team and organizational goals.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role.
- Strong technical skills with an ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon for non-experts.
- Proficiency in both Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Singular European citizenship/passport, due to requirements from our clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support systems.
- Competence with Windows operating systems and IIS (Internet Information Services).
- A demonstrated willingness and enthusiasm for learning new concepts and thoroughly understanding applications.
- The ability to assist in projects as needed to support the team and organizational goals.
