KSAT seeks an Infrastructure and Site manager to lead this team in Operation Engineering

To succeed you will need to ensure our infrastructure is resilient to sustain our operational deliveries, and plan well to meet KSAT's further growth. Ensuring close collaboration with the other Operation teams to enhance and keep high quality in our customer deliveries.

Your mission:

As the Manager for Infrastructure and Sites, you will lead the Site and Infrastructure department in Operations, providing strategic leadership within the operational domain. You will utilize vulnerability analyses to plan and execute enhancement activities, ensuring continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

A strong focus on corrective maintenance processes, along with planning and implementing preventive maintenance activities, will be essential. You will also maintain and plan for the physical security of our sites, ensuring they are secure and well-managed globally.

Effective management of team resources and setting priorities will be critical to your success. You will oversee the development of infrastructure monitoring projects and support infrastructure project activities in cooperation with the GN team, ensuring our sites worldwide are well-maintained and operationally sound.

A comprehensive understanding of critical infrastructure is essential, including civil works, power systems, HVAC, and more. Candidates should bring hands-on experience in both corrective and preventive maintenance of infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
