Your Role:
As the HR Manager at Stadler Service Norway, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and developing our HR department. Reporting directly to the CEO of Stadler Service Norway AS, you will be at the forefront of shaping our HR strategy and ensuring a harmonious work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational and Strategic HR Management: Spearhead both day-to-day HR operations and the long-term strategic vision.
- Advisor and Support: Offer expert guidance to our managers on recruitment, performance appraisals, remuneration, and disciplinary matters.
- HR Process Enhancement: Continuously refine and implement HR processes and strategies for maximum efficiency.
- Efficient Personnel Administration: Maintain meticulous personnel records and oversee smooth administrative processes.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
- Reporting: Prepare insightful reports to inform decision-making.
Your Profile:
- You hold a degree in HR and/or business administration.
- With a minimum of 5 years in HR roles, you bring invaluable expertise to the table.
- Familiarity with Norwegian labor laws, regulations, and HR practices.
- Experience in working with collective agreements.
- A dedication to providing outstanding service and excellent communication skills.
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Very good MS-Office skills (Excel)
- Proficiency in both Norwegian and English, spoken and written.
