In Equinor, digital transformation is crucial in shaping the future of the energy industry.
With our rapid growth and ambition, we proudly house one of Norway's largest and most diverse digital teams; you will contribute to an exciting digital journey. Our teams span a wide range of cutting-edge fields from software development, cyber security, automation, AI and robotics - to data analytics and data science, cloud computing, and enterprise IT and data management. You’ll help us drive innovation across all business areas and help us build the digital energy company.
The position
We have more than 23,000 employees working within a range of disciplines. This means that chances are we have an opportunity for you whether you’re studying engineering, sciences, finance, IT, or business management. We are looking for graduates within:
- Corporate
- Digital, Automation & Information Technology
- Engineering, Geosciences and Technology

You
Some qualities are essential for Equinor. You identify with our values, open, collaborative, courageous and caring, which guide our decisions and help us succeed and grow. You make safety your priority and contribute to our zero-harm culture. For this position we are looking for those with:
- Master’s degree or PhD with good academic record
- Completed degree within year of starting (2025)
- Fluent in English
- No more than than two years of experience
- Formal experience is not a requirement
- Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage
