Britannia Hotel is looking for a dedicated assistant to support both the kitchen and front of house team at Speilsalen.
The positions tasks is general cleaning and daily tasks on the days the restaurant is open. This role is crucial for ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient operation of the restaurant while contributing to a first-class experience for our guests.
Arbeidsoppgaver
The position's tasks include the following key responsibilities:
- Dishwashing and Organization: Manage dishwashing and organization of kitchen equipment, plates, cutlery, and glasses.
- Polishing and Quality Assurance: Polish and ensure the quality of glasses, cutlery, and other equipment.
- Ironing and Folding: Iron and fold tablecloths, napkins, etc.
- Restaurant Preparation: Prepare the restaurant premises after daily service.
- Kitchen Assistance: Assist kitchen staff with cleaning kitchen facilities.
- Restocking Supplies: Supply the kitchen and restaurant with paper, soap, and other materials on a daily basis.
- Closing Responsibilities: Responsible for closing down the kitchen and back of house after service.
- Cleaning Checklists: Responsible for maintaining cleaning checklists during the restaurant's closing process.
- Decor Setup and Teardown: Responsible for setting up and taking down flowers and other decorations in the restaurant.
