We are now seeking a proven Digital Sales & Engagement specialist with expertise in sales and customer care to join the Marketing & Communication team in Nordea Life & Pension Norway. About this opportunity
Together with Marketing & Communication, and our Sales Departments you will be responsible for the performance of our digital sales activities in Life & Pension. You will work cross functional with different departments in Nordea to achieve digital sales targets and secure that we together can drive engagement to achieve our common goals.
What you will be doing:
- Translate business objectives into impactful strategies and tactics with a focus on increasing sales and customer loyalty together with strategic partners.
- Responsible for planning, driving and optimizing marketing & sales campaigns by continuous improving the sales journeys and funnel through an omni-channel perspective.
- Be responsible for the digital sales budget and measure the results of our omni-channel activities, including performance reports and analytics insights.
- Help build Marketing Automation initiatives for care activities and for potential increase of sales.
- Collaborate with advisory sales managers to ensure strategic direction in omnichannel sales by contributing with insight and experience.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- Are a digital native communicator, passionate about anything digital, marketing, and performance related, with a strong drive to create seamless omnichannel customer journeys.
- Are a skilled content creator with hands-on experience in writing engaging content.
- Are numerate and have strong analytical skills, using analytics tools to monitor, measure, and provide insights on behavior that can drive desired outcome to secure return on advertising spend.
- Thrive in a complex environment, generating ideas, solving problems independently, and share ideas and decisions effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Your experience and background:
- Proven experience in development, follow-up and effect measurement of omnichannel customer journeys, that leads to driving business growth and customer engagements cross online and offline channels.
- Proven experience in working with loyalty and anti-churn activities both strategic and operative.
- Experience with creating content that leads to sales. Knowledge on products and services from the finance and/or insurance industry is preferred.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Norwegian & English (professional level).
- Master's degree in marketing, advertising, business or related field. Equivalent years of working experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
The role is based in Oslo, Norway. You will work closely with a team in Nordea Bank that is data-driven, focused on performance, and committed to maximizing returns on online investments.
