Program Manager Øygarden

We are looking for a Program Manager to manage our portfolio of projects at Øygarden.
About the positionIn this position you will have the overall responsilitlity, oversee and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they align with the company and the clients needs.
Responsibilities and tasks include
- HSE responsible for all activities within own program and portfolio
- Administration of the Program between Aibel and Client
- Fulfilling Aibel's budgeted financial result for the Program
- Fulfilling all commitments set in the contract. This implies responsibility for ensuring that all HSE goals, quality requirements, financial goals and schedule requirements are achieved.
- Internal and external status reporting, and implementing required corrective actions to ensure optimal Program execution
- Reporting regularly to the Frame Agreement Manager on Program status and of any possible problem areas
- Manage and approve resources allocated to the program and at any time ensure that requests for necessary resources are directed to the resource responsible unit
- Communication with the Client
- Securing optimal information flow in the program
- Implementing working methods and systems suitable to fulfil the requirements in Scope of Work. Methods and systems shall be according to W3, and any deviations shall be approved by Aibel's Process Responsible.
- Ensuring that the Program organization has the necessary knowledge of laws, regulations, standards and procedures that apply to the Program
- Ensuring experience transfer from the Program, including areas as quality, working methods, IT systems, cost and schedule
- Ensuring feedback from the Client about cost, quality and Program execution
- Delegate work to Program personnel in order to encourage them to take individual responsibility.

- Program Change Management
Qualifications
- 5 -10 years of experience as a Project manager or other long relevant experience
- Preferably Bachelor's or Master's degree
Personal qualities
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Communicates well both orally and in writing
- Commercial mindset and contractual knowledge
- Familiar to different project execution methods and compensation models
