Role Overview
We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Partnerships Manager to drive our growth through strategic partnerships with retail outlets, primarily climbing gyms, and specialized sports stores. This role is crucial for expanding our physical retail footprint and ensuring our products are widely available to our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key retail partners, including climbing gyms, outdoor stores, and sports retailers.
- Negotiate and establish partnership agreements that align with Rungne’s brand values and business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process with retail partners, from initial contact to product delivery.
- Ensure consistent product availability and optimal stock levels at partner locations.
- Monitor sales performance and provide partners with the support needed to drive sales.
- Act as the face of Rungne Apparel in the retail market, embodying our brand ethos and values.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and in-store activations to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify new retail opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored for retail partners.
