Jotun is looking for a new Regional Marketing Manager
Our Regional Marketing Department in Europe Central Asia is now looking for a new colleague to fill the position as Regional Marketing Manager Exterior.

As our current Regional Exterior Marketing Manager is taking up a new position in Jotun Malaysia, we are looking for a successor who can drive the category sales and profitability through brand planning and execution of strategic marketing plans, as well as, gathering and prioritizing product and customer insights, define the innovation strategy, and work closely with Sales, R&D and Purchasing to ensure goals are met. Seek and develop best practice and standardize solutions.
The position is based in Sandefjord, Norway and will report to Regional Marketing Director - ECA.
Roles and responsibilities
- Responsible for ECA exterior category sales, profitability, innovations and the overall activities in the region, manage the development and oversee the delivery of a fully integrated exterior marketing plans in all units.
- Develop regional exterior category strategy and drive implementation in all regional units
- Drive the exterior category performance and leverage business potential through projects and processes and deliver full plans implementation in all regional Jotun units, in cooperation with Regional Sales, Retail, and Regional Colour Marketing
- Determine product range requirements within the category, identifying new product opportunities and preparing innovation plans and pricing strategy
- Create incremental value through the delivery of above the line and below the line marketing communications
- Conduct thorough market analysis and understand customer insights to develop successful product ranges. Monitor competitor activity to evaluate market position and identify opportunities for improvement
- Report on product category performance and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve category growth and profitability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in any relevant field.
- 7 - 9 years of experience in Marketing or similar position.
- Leadership experience.
