On behalf of our client, we are looking for a skilled Logistics Operations Administrator for a 6-month temporary position with start date October 14, 2024, to April 11, 2025. The client is a major player in the snack industry and commits to delivering quality products and experiences that bring joy to people's lives.
You will join their team and support their 3rd party logistics operations in the Nordic region. The ideal candidate will have experience in an FMCG environment and be able to work collaboratively across functions and teams to analyze problems and propose compelling solutions.
Responsibilities
- Stock Reconciliation for 3rd party warehouses (2 different warehouses).
- Inventory Management - (control of all movements in the 3PL warehouse and your own systems).
- Report/solve interface errors.
- Handling customer returns and damaged goods.
- Arrange and monitor scrapping of finished goods & packing materials.
- Perform manual Goods Receipt/Goods Issue/Goods Movement if necessary.
- Assist during Special Situations, internal controls, and audits with traceability reports.
- Track and give feedback from various internal controlling reports.
- Ad hoc, support Customer Service and Logistics-team and other departments of possible queries.
- Back up Nordic Logistics operations peers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an FMCG environment, ideally with experience in ‘front line’ operations e.g., Logistics Operations, Customer Service, Planning, Warehousing and Transport functions.
- Knowledge of- and experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Proficient written and verbal English skills, some knowledge of Norwegian is desirable.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
