Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as Company Representative (CR) for Technical Service Agreements with Company’s subsea contractors.
- Provide leadership and be a role model on HSEQ issues when collaborating with subsea contractors and internal clients with close follow up on HSEQ performance and reporting.
- Manage the TSA Contracts and ensure TSA Contractors performance in accordance with Company’s contract requirements.
- Establish and describe which Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) / targets / goals shall be applied for the TSA Contract follow-up and administration.
- Proactively engage with internal clients (Projects, Production & Operations and Drilling & Wells) to plan and perform all TSA Call Off’s to ensure common procurement process and contract management.
- Identify and follow up relevant risks and opportunities with corresponding actions related to the TSA.
- Contribute to a positive working environment with internal clients and TSA Contractors based on mutual trust and respect and facilitate clear and formal communication between Company and Contractor.
- Participate and contribute in safety meetings, verifications and audits and ensure participation of relevant stakeholders.
- Obtain assistance from and support from Contract Administrator and Legal in handling of conflicts, claims and warranties.
- Ensure compliance with supply chain approval process.
- Elevate concerns and issues to Contract Owner and propose improvements and mitigation actions.
- Responsible to ensure that there is a system in place to ensure interface engineering.
- Ensure that the Contractors performs adequate lessons learned relevant to the services. Ensure that lessons learned is captured in the Wintershall Dea system.
- Some travelling to Contractors work sites are expected.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & WORK EXPERIENCE:
Education:
- University degree in subsea design/ petroleum engineering or other relevant engineering discipline
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with subsea projects, preferably with both Operator and Contractor.
- Track-record in Subsea development projects within both Feasibility, Concept and Front-End Engineering & Design (FEED) aspects as well as Project Execution/Construction/Installation and Commissioning experience in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Have detailed understanding of all aspects of a subsea production system and the development through project phases into operation.
- Experience with Norwegian field developments and regulatory framework.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of relevant Contractors/Suppliers and the latest market developments.
- Management and leadership experience.

Wintershall Dea becomes Harbour Energy:
The shareholders of Wintershall Dea and Harbour Energy plc signed a business combination agreement in December 2023 to transfer Wintershall Dea’s E&P business consisting of its producing and development assets as well as exploration rights in Norway and other countries, as well as Wintershall Dea’s carbon capture and storage (CCS) licenses, to Harbour. Closing is targeted for the fourth quarter of 2024.
