Schibsted Marketing Services is looking for an innovative and analytical Ad Product Manager to its Ad Portfolio team.

Schibsted Marketing Services (SMS) is our Nordic advertising organization, representing some of Norway and Sweden’s leading news destinations, including Aftonbladet, VG, Aftenposten, Svenska Dagbladet and Omni. Advertising plays a central role for the common News Media strategy and our goal is to strengthen the advertising position across our markets. The Ad Portfolio team sits within Schibsted Marketing Services' Product & Platform unit.
What you ́ll do:
- Be responsible for the Display Ad Product Portfolio and Roadmap in Norway: Your role will involve developing and maintaining our display ad product portfolio. You'll also lead initiatives across the organisation to drive key projects to success.
- Champion Advertiser Success: Ensuring happy advertisers is your mission! You will identify and address their pain points, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Leverage Your Tech & Media Expertise or Eager to Learn: A deep understanding of the advertising technology and media landscape is essential for success in this role. Whether you're a seasoned expert or a quick learner eager to dive in, your ability to navigate industry challenges will be key.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Prepare to work closely with talented teams – UX, developers, sales and business stakeholders among the publishers – across Norway, Sweden and Poland

Minimum Qualifications:
- BSs in relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience from the media industry and/or management consulting
- Experience in product management and/or business development
- Native-level proficiency in Norwegian and English (written & verbal)
- Advanced G-suite/Office user
