The position

By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to accelerating the energy transition through qualification and implementation of new technology.
• Lead studies and modifications to adapt testing equipment and facilities to business needs.
• Lead research projects from idea, through testing, and implementation of technology.
• Work in interdisciplinary teams.

Test Facilities and Services (TFS) are responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operation of laboratories and testing facilities based on the business's prioritized needs.

We are located at K-lab/Kårstø, where you will become part of a team consisting of 14 engineers.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Project Management or Mechnical Engineering. Experience can compensate for a lack of formal education.
• 3-5 years experience of managing projects and modifications.
• Good interdisciplinary understanding.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• High focus on safety and quality.
• Interest in research and technology development.
• A solution-oriented team player with a commercial mindset.
