The graduate programme is a one-year rotational development opportunity, based in Oslo or our other international offices (London New York or Singapore). There may also be opportunities to rotate internationally during the programme, depending on business needs. Upon completion of the graduate programme, you will be transitioned into an entry-level position within our organisation.Duties and responsibilities
What you will do
Our graduate positions offer wide-ranging personal and professional development opportunities in various roles across the organisation, including investment management, risk management, compliance, corporate governance and technology. As part of the programme, you will receive comprehensive training and development, a ‘buddy’ to support you in your role and the opportunity to be included in our corporate mentorship programme. Who you are
We are looking for talented people from a range of educational backgrounds, with different mindsets and who are comfortable in taking risks. This programme is for final year students or recent graduates with less than 2 years of work experience post-graduation who have:

What we offer
This position offers a competitive annual salary of NOK 690,000.
