What we can offer you

• Responsible for receiving and processing invoices
• Responsible for arrange invoice approval before payment
• Assist in update and control of Procurement plans
• Support buyers in all projects
• Assist in the procurement process from requisition to delivery
• Prepare and issue purchase orders for non-project procurement
• Liace with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment of invoices
• Handle supplier inquiries and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues or conserns that may arise

So, if you do possess some of these qualities, we could be a perfect match:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, accounting, procurement or similar
• Experience with SAP is considered an advantage. Training will be provided for candidates without prior SAP experience
• Structural orientated and having attention to details
• Service minded and “team worker” (ability to interact and develop good working relationships)
• Proactive and interest to adopt knowledge of the project operational/technical work scope
