We are looking for a Quality Professional!

Job Description

• Develop and maintain measurement and inspection procedures.

• Optimize metrology and calibration processes.

• Conduct Measuring System Analysis (MSA).

• Perform inspections and audits of components and finished products.

• Document inspection and audit results.

• Lead mechanical completion and ensure procedural compliance.

• Review and approve technical documentation.

• Provide training and guidance on quality standards.

• Handle non-conformances and conduct root cause analyses.

• Prepare and sign FAT reports and Certificates of Compliance.

• Support customer inquiries on product quality.

• Coordinate the quality team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ensure the quality of supplied products.

 

Qualification Requirements

• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent background.

• Strong knowledge of standards related to metrology and quality management systems.

• Proficiency in programming and operating measurement tools (CMM, Laser Tracker, Vision equipment, calipers, gauges, micrometers, indicators, etc.).

• Ability to perform Measuring System Analysis (MSA).

• Expertise in calculating measurement uncertainties.

• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.

• Experience in conducting product and process audits.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong documentation practices and attention to detail.

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, SAP ERP, and various metrology and statistics software.
