Digital Account Manager, LNG Clients

Responsibilities
- Responsible for follow-up and onboarding of clients according to subscription agreements/contracts.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Report according to defined KPIs.
- Manage and drive regular meetings with clients.
- Secure the customer journey through defined processes.
Qualifications and experience
- Education within business administration, management, engineering, or a related field, relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
- Experience with LNG storage, handling and transportation systems is an advantage.
- Interest in international and local regulations governing LNG transportation.
- Knowledge and understanding about Charter party agreements between vessel owner and trader is an advantage.
- Ability to tailor services to meet the specific requirements of different customers.
