Vianode is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team and help us elevate our decision-making process. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. Vianode is an advanced battery materials company providing sustainable anode graphite solutions for the battery and EV value chains in North America and Europe. Vianodes breakthrough solution enables tailored high-performance synthetic anode graphite and a holistic sustainability offering including a 90% reduction in CO2 footprint. The company is currently preparing to start its first full-scale plant at Herøya, Norway, before executing its multi-billion dollar phased investment program for large-scale plants in North America and Europe. The long-term ambition is to supply advanced battery materials to 3 million EVs per year by 2030. Vianode is owned by the world-leading industrial and financial companies Hydro and Altor.

You will have a central function in the companys finance team. The position reports to the VP accounting, controlling, and reporting.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop models and tools to enhance our efficiency and our analytical work.
• Collaborate closely with all departments to determine reporting requirements and identify data sources for report creation.
• Continuously improve systems and processes related to PowerBI and Anaplan.
• Analyse data to identify key business drivers and implement cross-functional improvements.
• Prepare and present analysis findings to internal stakeholders including top management to support decision-making processes such as recycling and soft funding.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as economics, finance, mathematics, analytics, programming, and/or technology.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience (market/industry analysis, strategy or similar fields).
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to research and validate information and sources.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities and proficiency in English.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with additional experience in PowerBI and programming tools like Python or R being advantageous.
• Curious in continuously staying updated on latest trends and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time.
