Wilhelmsen Ships Service (WSS) is seeking a Digital Collaboration Expert

In this pivotal role, you will drive change by fostering digital collaboration, enhancing transparency, and delivering tangible value to both our customers and co-workers across WSS.
Position Overview:
Digital Collaboration Experts are experienced change management and tool experts who support teams through

As a Digital Collaboration Expert, you will be part of a dynamic Digital Collaboration team, working closely with various teams and stakeholders across the globe. You will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing our organization’s Ways of Sorking (WoW) and the use of digital collaboration tools, with a focus on the Office 365 suite. Your mission is to foster a culture of collaboration and transparency, leading to faster, smarter, and more empowering business practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives that enhance digital collaboration and align with our strategic goals. Encourage teams to embrace new ways of working (WoW) by guiding them through transitions smoothly
- Engage and Empower Teams: Build strong, trust-based relationships with teams and stakeholders. Empower others to help themselves, fostering creativity and ensuring they have the resources and access needed to succeed
- Translate Stakeholder Needs: Work closely with stakeholders to identify their needs and translate them into simple, purpose-fit digital solutions that foster collaboration and innovation
- Training and Best Practices: Train teams on company-wide best practices for collaboration tools and ways of working (WoW) to ensure harmony and consistency across WSS
- Govern and Improve Tools: Set up, maintain, and govern digital collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence. Continuously improve these tools and practices to ensure they are fully leveraged for maximum impact
- Support and Guidance: Provide professional on-demand agile coaching and technical support, guiding teams through their digital collaboration journey. Offer guidance with humility, sharing knowledge openly and leading with compassion and trust
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct hands-on workshops to encourage experimentation and iteration

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, project management, change management, or product management
- Proficiency in Office 365 suite (Teams, Outlook) and/or Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Proven experience in driving change and managing digital collaboration in a corporate environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and drive change
- Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to see projects through to completion and create value
- Ability to lead with empathy, fostering an approachable and trustworthy presence
