For our team of product managers, we are looking for a Director of Product Management with years of experience in the role.

At Aidn, we believe that talented designers, engineers, and product managers should be allowed to work autonomously toward long-term goals. As a Director of Product Management it is your job to ensure our product managers are best in class. That our product managers always deliver the right kind of value at the right time.

Every day, you will be working to solve problems like these:

• Build a high-performing team: Coach, mentor, and recruit a team of talented product managers that will achieve Aidn’s business goals.
• Remove blockers and increase speed: Scale our product management practices across multiple teams, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed.
• Drive product success: Implement measurable goals and metrics for teams and coordinate with them to make sure we reach the product outcomes we set.
• Cross-functional alignment: Work with directors across Product, Design and Engineering, and other stakeholders, to make sure we reach our goals.
• Strategic alignment and execution: Contribute to and execute on Aidn’s product strategy and vision to ensure the product portfolio delivers value.

We are looking for someone that recognizes themselves in the following:

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager leading product teams through modern processes for discovery and delivery
• 4+ years of experience as a Director of Product Management or similar role
• Proven success in delivering best-in-class digital products with significant business impact, both as a product manager and a product leader
• Documented experience in building strong product managers through coaching, mentoring, and recruiting
• Strong proficiency, yet pragmatic approach to relevant product management methods and frameworks
• Proven success in creating alignment across internal and external stakeholders
• Extensive experience with qualitative and quantitative insights (both product analysis and user testing)
• A top verbal and written communicator
• Norwegian C1 level is a requirement
• Healthcare experience is a bonus

Aidn currently operates with 10 product teams, each following our proven model of a product trio comprising a product manager, tech lead and design lead, complemented by a team of skilled engineers and designers. The Director of Product Management is within the Product Organization and reports directly to the CPO.
