Restauranthuset Operaen are looking for Headwaiter, waiters and Chefs to strengthen the team

The Operaen restaurant house consists of two restaurants, Sanguine Brasserie and Havsmak, as well as a separate banquet department.

Key Duties and Responsibilities (Headwaiter):

• Service minded and passionate about food and wine
• Good at communication, as well as being able to give and receive feedback
• Good at handling situations that arise in a restaurant
• Work well in a team
• Computer knowledge (Outlook/Excel, POS system etc.)
• Barista knowledge
• Experience with goods ordering and goods counting

Key Duties and Responsibilities (Waiters):

• Has previous experience with a la cart
• Is over 20 years old
• Speaks Norwegian and English
• Work well in a teams
• Has a passion for food and drink, good service and a desire to contribute to good guest experiences

Key Duties and Responsibilities (Chefs):

• Help with mise-en-place
• Get the assigned station ready for service
• Prepare the dishes according to the given recipes
• At the end of the shift, clean and tidy up the assigned station according to the given routines
