The role supports Volue’s ability to provide value to customers in line with the Volue mission, specifically through continuous improvement and sustainability efforts.
A background in business process improvement, similar to that gained in a consulting firm, combined with technical knowledge in software development or implementation, will be key to succeeding in this role. You will drive impactful internal projects aimed at fostering continuous improvement across all Volue business units.
This role is part of the Quality and Sustainability team and involves close collaboration with the CISO, who oversees Information Security. The projects you'll work on require cross-functional collaboration and engagement with multiple stakeholder.
What you will be doing to make a difference:
- Collaborate with the successful implementation of internal improvement initiatives that emerge from internal planning or audit findings.
- Assist with quality assurance of processes, and monitor results as appropriate.
- Provide support to the organization and COO in the establishment of OKRs
- Assist in the planning, execution, and documentation of both internal and external audits, overseeing performance assessment.
- Contribute to the development of project strategies, frameworks, and methodologies, leveraging her/his analytical skills and subject matter expertise.
What you need to succeed:
You have:
- Relevant education on master level preferably in Engineering, Business or a related technical field
- 1-2 years of experience as analyst/associate in consulting, ideally with a focus on process improvement and quality management in technology-driven companies
- Preferably experience from Energy or Software/Digitalization industries
- Highly analytical, structured, self-starting and with commercial and strategic mindset able to both plan and execute on projects
- Ability to simplifying complexity and navigate between the big picture and concrete plans
- Ability to cooperate with, engage and motivate people of diverse profiles, levels of experience and from different functions and disciplines within and beyond Volue.
- Fluent in English language (both written and spoken)
