Technical Tool Specialist Onshore Workshop

Archer Oiltools is looking for ambitious Technical Tool Specialists to join our team onshore in the Workshop in Sandnes. We can offer challenging work tasks within service and maintenance of Archer Oiltools own products.Role
In this role you will provide operational support for all Archer Oiltools locations. You will be part of the team who will start up the workshop together with experienced employees from the headquarter.

Key responsibilities

• Dismantle and reassemble Archer Oil Tools equipment in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with work instructions / maintenance manuals
• Perform and comply with repair and maintenance policies and procedures as directed
• Inspect parts / components for wear and necessary repair in accordance with procedures and guidelines
• Approve / disapprove equipment
• Work within different product lines
• Responsible for sustaining 5S ( Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain ) to keep workshop area efficiently organized and equipped with necessary supplies and tools
• Responsible to take good care of Archer Oil Tools equipment and tools
• Prepare necessary job reports and documentation for all tool installation and offshore activities
• Testing of new equipment as required
• Control inventory stock levels and coordinate orders accordingly
• Participation in on -call (Duty)
• Participate in Archer Oiltools HSE work
