Norges Bank Investment Management has over 125,000 followers on social media. Today, we have our biggest presence on LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.

Through social media we reach out to younger and more varied audiences compared to other channels of communication. Our aim is to reach a large target audience, and we see great potential in the use of social media. It is also a key driver for promoting Norway’s most popular business podcast; In Good Company. The podcast has had guests such as Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Sam Altman, Jensen Huang and many more. We are eager to have you on board to get more listeners through clever advertising.

You will be part of a small team with highly skilled communication specialists, where everyone helps each other out and have a sharing culture. You will also work closely with the CEO and the rest of the leader group as well as many of our highly skilled employees in the various departments.

What you will do
With the increasing importance of video in all algorithms, you need to have strong visual communication skills. Your tasks will mainly be to:

• Plan and produce content such as videos, text and photos together with our social media manager.
• Contribute to the development of our content, with a strong focus on visual communication.
• Make video content for our podcast In Good Company, with currently 40,000 subscribers on YouTube.
• Follow up and engage with our community, through comments and DMs.
• Create engaging graphics and animations.
• Seek to tell stories that builds trust by sharing knowledge.

Who we are looking for

Can you deliver on tight deadlines, maintain a high level of precision, and are you eager to take our content to the next level? If so, you might be the person we are looking for. You understand that the path from idea to execution is short and thrive in an environment that’s fast paced. You need to handle all parts of the content making process, from A to Z. It is considered a positive if you can animate and make graphics come alive. You are creative and precise, and you know how to simplify complex messages to make our audience understand. We believe you will excel in this role if you are self-driven, take ownership, and have specialised expertise in content production. We have many different target audiences to reach so all our social media content is in English, which means you must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

What you need

• Relevant education.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  
• Proficiency in professional video editing tools (such as Premiere Pro, After Effects and/or similar). If you’re a Canva ninja, that’s cool too.
