Statkraft has been making clean energy possible for over a century. Unrivaled pioneering spirit and a strong commitment towards a more sustainable future. That’s what we offer. Today, we are Europe’s largest renewable energy producer and employ more than 6.000 colleagues in 20+ countries around the world. Our vision is clear - to renew the way the world is powered. But there is more work to be done and that is why we need you to help us.
Job Description
Do you want to be part of an exciting strategic transformation initiative? Do you want to work with senior management and stakeholders to help transform how teams work together across Statkraft?
The Statkraft Way (TSW) is Statkraft’s management system. We are undertaking a global project to transform our management system to ensure that our critical business and support processes operate efficiently and help us deliver on the strategy. In October we will enter into the implementation phase – considered a key priority for the company for 2024.
This is the team for you if you enjoy working on fast-paced projects, love being part of high performing teams, and feel inspired to solve cross-functional challenges. When working on the TSW Transformation project, you will work with and learn from senior stakeholders across the business and get essential insight into Statkraft’s business areas. Join us to create a better management system and help Statkraft work better together as we grow!
This role will be part of the Corporate Governance Team. The Governance Team drives continuous improvement of Statkraft’s management system, The Statkraft Way. To deliver on our growth strategy and help to develop more renewable energy, we need a fit-for-purpose management system, and you will help ensure that it reflects agreed and internal know-how, promotes efficiency, and ensures responsible business practices.
About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and organized individual to get exposure to a wide range of teams and activities across the organization, whilst being part of an exciting and fast paced project. The Project Manager will ensure that workstream plans are realistic, on track and coordinated. They will identify and creatively solve problems, and escalate risks and issues to the PMO as needed.

- Lead change management and stakeholder engagement efforts related to roll-out of new governance / updated processes
- Facilitate effective collaboration with key stakeholders and complementary workstream as well as the strong experts within the department. Ensure that change management activities are seamless integrated into the workstreams.
- Create the first draft of material for key stakeholder meetings
- Organise senior stakeholder meeting forums such as the Reference Group and Steering Committee. Work with the Project Lead to set the agenda, and develop pre-read and presentation material
- Focus on alignment across the workstreams by facilitating coordination between stakeholders, and identifying opportunities and risks
- Provide additional production capacity for workstream leads on priority areas
- Day to day project management support for the Project Lead and PMO
