Are you a warehouse professional looking for more responsibility?
About the Position
We are seeking an experienced warehouse professional who is eager to stay hands-on while stepping up to take on greater responsibility and a leadership role, or someone already in such a role who is seeking a new challenge. This is a permanent position at our warehouse in Stavanger. The role offers a blend of operational and leadership responsibilities - including warehouse operations, forklift operation and logistics related tasks - and you will be working in our warehouse each day.
This position provides a unique opportunity to develop and even take a step up in your career while collaborating with a diverse team of colleagues in the maritime industry in a company that values what each unique individual brings to the table.
Due to the requirements of the position, we can only consider candidates that are able to be at the warehouse daily. Some adjustments may be possible to support personal challenges, but the job does involve manually handling smaller packages, driving a forklift, driving a car, and significant interactions with others.
Do you like to “think outside the box" or have a disability that has given you additional skills and a unique perspective? Perhaps it's planning the day in detail or a trained approach to evaluating a new challenge. If you feel that you can meet the requirements of the position, YOU are encouraged to apply regardless of age, gender, cultural background, or disability. We value your opinions and knowledge!
We believe in maintaining an environment where all voices are heard – an environment that embraces diversity and respects everyone. Personal qualities are emphasised!
